Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): calculated at checkout
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day): calculated at checkout
International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes We ship to P.O. boxes via USPS only.
Lost or Damaged Packages Acacia Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at [your email] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we will work to resolve the issue.
